I think its a neat idea. This will entertain people who just whant a shiny decoration in the house or office, but don't whant or don't know how to take care of a real fish. Also, no algae, no water changes, no feeding, no nothing. I know too many people who want the fish because it looks cool.
In addition, it will help save the endangered speacies because there will be less fish dying in the tanks.
