Also it was perfectly fine before my game 3 hours ago, i put a little extra food in there i guess possibly at feeding time idrk this is weird in my opinion first fish ive ever had die.

Is this your white tail guppy tank? I'm now worried...
It is yikes, if i be honest though i highly doubt this is a water quality issue, and if it is its definetly high nitrates because i havent been able to do a water change im replacing my water changer now which should be fixed by tomorrow, i think knowing that electric blue rams are very sensitive at times couldnt handle either my lighting change hours, or i did put a larger than usual flake feeding today, none of my fish are acting stressed, it died abruptly as if something just happened and that definetly could justve been the large food giving, not sure but if people could reply to this for help thatd be great

I realize you're new & still getting the hang of maintenance etc. But overfeeding is never a good idea, it can lead to an ammonia spike or bacteria outbreak...no fish should ever eat moldy old foods. Much better to skip a day of feeding than to try & "make it up"...there's no such thing.

The best thing to do is large water changes every day or 3. I'm talking 30-70% WCs using Prime as your dechlor. It may be a water issue or a disease issue but water changes can work miracles, do them! & let us know what happens next, test! test!...that's the only way to know what's going on with your water or what you might need to try next.

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice, this wasnt really an overfeeding i just sprinkled a few more flakes than usual and they mightve not got them all in time, but ive been mid repair on my water changer unfortunately so i havent been able to do any water changes for a decent amount of time, but i plan on doing them frequently when its fixed likely today or tomorrow, thanks.

The blue ram has only been in there 2 weeks? It could just be "new fish death" I've had it take 2 weeks.
But why does it die so abruptly lol i just find this very weird being a new beginner, im not really that new i know a lot know after keeping this tank for about 6 months now but thats weird, ive only had 3 fish ever die, one jumped out of the tank, one got to stressed from pregnancy and couldnt hold its body, and this one.

What are your actual numbers? what all is in the tank? How was it cycled?

My numbers currently? Ammonia and nitrites are 0, nitrates i dont have a measuring tool currently but a water change is overdue as i said, ph is slightly above 7 which couldve been a problem but i have cardinal tetras too, other fish are guppies, mollies, platies, cardinal tetras, guppy/platy fry, my tank is definetly cycled and was by bacteria supplement in a bottle.
