pregnant or sick glofish?

I have never seen anything on here about anyone breeding glofish, but something is definatly up with my mom's glofish - I think it maybe prego.

I know pic is not that good, but I think he/she is camera shy.

Glofish are not Livebearers, it cannot be pregnant. Looks like a serious medical illness. I don't know what it could be though. Any better pics might help.
