pond paint

I have a 5 year old cement pond located in Canada. I have heard Herco neoprene paint is a good coating but can't find a distributor in Canada. Does anyone know where I can obtain it or find an alternative in BC?

I don't know about neoprene paint sorry.
I use bitumin paint for sealing ponds. Its found in every hardware store over here, usually next to concrete additives. I imagine it would also be easy to find in Canada.
