Yup, eating, eating, eating.... oh and of course, pooping, pooping, and pooping (suprise!! in the color green)

Is there some plants they eat and some plants they don't? Or do they just eat anything?

I feed my fish a pinch of flakes each night, and none of the other fish seem to be eating the plants. The swordtail is larger then the guppies, so maybe I should feed him more??!?

Help.:dive2:

a fish that has developed a taste for plants will likely never lose it. your best bet is to go plastic, or get him in a different tank. :)

LOL, Great!!!! Oh well, the plants are cheap. I just wanted to fill the tank with lushous greenery also.... well, maybe after this guy goes to fishy heaven. Thanks!

My swordtail only eats the moneywort. So I buy him a bunch once in a while to make sure he doesn't attach the other plants! Works.

the book i have reads Sword tails eat algae so plants are close to algae right?
