does any one know where I can find a chart to print out of ph #s and colors?I baught a ph kit and the color chart only goes to 7.2 and I need to know colors for 8

I don't believe there is any standard "color=PH#" chart. I believe every company has their own method and color charts. most have a low and a high ph test kit so you need to find another for the other group. Kyle
The test kits that I've seen have a color chart that covers the full range of the test kit. IE, if the color chart only goes up to 7.2, thats as high as the test kit will test. (anything higher than 7.2 will show up as 7.2) I would as around on here for recommendations for a good test kit for pH. Aquarium Pharmaceuticals (sp?) makes a decent and inexpensive test kit, thats what I have. The kit I have tests pH from 6.2-7.8, ammonia, nitrites, hardness, and a high range test kit from 7.2-8.8
I think the whole thing was 23 or so bucks at petsmart, so I would bet you could find it for under $20 online somewhere.
