only one survived and im still worried about him...please help

hi

the other smaller goldfish died today....the only one left if the big guy...the calico oranda.....so what do i do not even sure if the binox worked on the fin and tail rot.....he still is not opening his dorsal fin ....he is swimming and eating but I dont want to lose him...do i treat with antibiotics???? or melafix and pima fix....all water parameters are normal

ammonia 0ppm
nitrite 0ppm
nitrate 5ppm
ph is at 7.4
high ph 7.4


so now what I did add stress coat last night in hopes of it helping?

I am a believer in multiple large daily water changes, with prime, and stop adding meds...just me. No experience with binox.

i am using prime along with stress coat........and one water change about 30% a day so are you saying change the water 2x a day?
