Nori

I remember reading that someone fed their fish Nori, just what and where do you buy this? I have looked everywhere and have never seen this. Why is it so good, if it is?
 
I buy mine at Safeway. It's in the "Asian foods" section.

Herbivores (like tangs, for example) feed mainly on vegetable matter in the wild, so in captivity they need to be fed things like nori, spirulina, leaf lettuce, zucchini, broccoli, etc.

Nori is just dried seaweed used to wrap sushi, so it should be fairly easy to find if you know what to ask for.
