Nice bushy plant recommendation?

Almost any stem plant can be made bushy. If one wants to maintain the single stem look and the plants has grown tall enough to need pruning, what you do will determine how it will look.

If you want the single stem look you must uproot the plant, cut it to the height you want leaving enough extra to be pushed into the substrate. Throw away the bottom and replant the top. The plant will grow as a single stem.

However, if you want it to turn bushy, do not uproot it. Cut off most of the plant above the substrate (keep enough with leaves above the substrate so it isn't a bare stem). What will then happen is the plant will soon put out multiple new stems from just below the cut and. low and behold, you end up with a bushy plant. If you prine the plant at almost any point this way, it will still put out multiple stems ifrom just below the cut.

Bear in mind that bushy means the plant can shade its lower portions which can cause them not to do as well.

Here are some things that I would consider first... availability, price, size and difficulty. It would be useless to recommend you something that is not available, you can't afford or outgrows your tank. It would be better if you list some plants here that you can get, and you like, and we can comment what would be a good buy.
