Neon tetra? fat/sick/filled with eggs?

I don't know if this happened over night. So this morning, I woke up and decided to look in my aquarium. Note- I've seen neon tetras fat when overfed. This is not the cause. This neon Tetra has a bigger rounder belly. It's moving actually faster than usuall and the other teras are following it everywhere all hectic following the fat neon tetra. Scales aren't dropsy like. Note- this is also a tetra that is a bit bigger than its other tetra tank mates. Will post picture soon.

It's not faded it actually looks healthy.

sounds to me like this one could be female, and full of eggs. the others chasing are male? that could explain it?

if fat fish is being harassed, it would be a good idea to separate it. a breeder net in the tank would work fine. if the fish is sick and bloated as a result, the whole tank has been infected with whatever this fish has, and the whole tank will need treated anyway.
