My Egg Carrying Red Claw Crab - Pics!

so a couple of weeks after molting my female red claw crab is now carrying eggs! yay for cherry! that's her name.. so i'm going to try to raise the young, but i'm not going to be able to setup a different tank to do so, well let's see how successful i am doing this in their current setup. ive finally caught her running out to get an algae disc and snapped this pic.

That is really cool! I don't know much about crabs, so is this rare?

i'm not sure, this is the first time this has happened for me. but i've come across another website that has info on someone successfully breeding the crabs, but it's kind of too complicated for me to do what they did. but im going to switch over to a sponge filter and hopefully i can feed the planktonic babies somehow and some will survive.
