I've read some great things about it here, but I have a simple question. For the instructions is says "repeat dose daily for 7 days followed by a 25% water change"

Do I change the water every day or after the 7 days? My Micky Mouse Platy has what looks like a film on the eyes, making them look cloudy and bulging. The pet store told me I needed an antibacterial medication. I added it accordingly and removed the charcoal.

I hope thats what it means, cuz I've been using it for 3 days now, and havent changed any water yet. Jeez, that would be a lot of work...25% water change every day! Havent had to do that since my tank cycled ;)

A little late but this is what I found:

Directions for use:
Shake well. For best results, remove activated carbon during treatment.
As a disease or wound treatment: Add 1 tsp. (5 ml) for every 10 U.S. gallons (40 L) of aquarium water. Repeat dose daily for 7 days. After 7 days, make a 25% water change. Treatment can be continued if necessary.
When adding new fish to the aquarium or when netting and handling fish: Add 1 tsp. (5 ml) for every 10 U.S. gallons (40 L) of aquarium water. Repeat dose daily for 3 days.

For aquarium use only

Keep out of the reach of children.

Not for human consumption or for the treatment of fish intended for human consumption.

I've used this med for my fish and did the change after the seven days, just as Slaps posted above. It worked great! Good choice of Meds.
