Mosquito larvae shouldn't be a threat to the shrimp but they'll be a nuisance to you when they reach their adult stage. Scoop them out and feed them to fish or toss them. Keep an eye out for the eggs which will be floating on the surface.

Are there any stagnant areas on your water surface? Mosquitoes prefer very still and calm water to lay their eggs in.
