I'm just curious as to whether my molly is a male or female. I already have a male and I know that a 1:1 ratio can stress a female out.

That looks like a female to me. Male mollies have an extra little *fin* on their bellies called a gonopodia by their anal fins. Female mollies dont have this. It's a little hard to tell in your photo, but pull up a reference and you can easily tell.
