Light for a 5 gallon tank?

So I picked up a 5g tank today and ordered sponge filters to make it a shrimp only tank. My question is what kind of hood/light should I use? It will have java moss and such in it. The only light I can seem to find is an incandescent one but when I see pics of other peoples tanks them seem much brighter than what an incandescent light would be.

its because they use the cfl 6500k bulbs that fit in the incandescent slot's

I use an incandescent and my fish are fine, I have 9 ghost shrimp in my 5.5

I have used and still recommend the Sylvania, 23 watt, daylight, "now smaller than ever", spiral compact bulb.
Menard's and Walmart usually have them in stock. On my son's 5.5g it grew six species of plants and no algae.
