About 2 years ago I bought an Iridescent Shark and I've had no problems except that lately I've noticed that both its eyes have a white spot in the middle, and one of its eyes is red. It almost looks like the color on the red eye has been for lack of a better term "erased"? All my water conditions are fine and the only other fish I have in the tank is another Iridescent Shark that I bought last year. The shark also seems to be behaving and eating normally. Is this just due to the hyperactive nature of the species or this is a disease that I should be concerned about?

Iridescent sharks frequently are skittish, and tend to run into the sides of tanks when startled. It's possible that you fish has damage from running into the tank. If it's a new development, or the eye is swelling, you'll want to monitor it closely. Injuries usually aren't a big problem, but they can become infected, which may require treatment.

Well, the red in the one eye seems to be gone, but the white spots are still there. To be honest, the white spots have been on its eyes for at least a year, but I never thought anything of it till now.

Oh, and one of them (the one with the eye problems) is about 5 inches and the other is about 3 inches

Could be long term damage from a previous collision. As long as the fish can navigate and feed okay, I wouldn't worry about it much. Most fish use their lateral line much more than they use they eyes. There are some exceptions, such as archers, arowana and african butterfly fish, but these fish all hunt critters above the surface of the water.
