I would talk to the people you order it from, I've never heard of it before (the kit) but I'm in the US, so that probably explains it. They can probably throw some in the box when they ship it to you. Good luck.

The website doesn't sell replacement foam pads for this make, that's why I need the model number of the filter to find them somewhere else.

2 models provide complete filtration for 50-450 litre aquariums

The Bio Filter has 3 stages of filtration :

1. Mechanical : the foams remove particulate waste such as uneaten food, plant matter and fish waste

2. Chemical : the carbon foam removes odours, discolouration, unwanted treatments, heavy metals, and toxic chlorine. (Carbon foam must be removed if treatments are in use)

3. Biological : the Bio-Media has a large surface area, essential for the beneficial bacteria that break down lethal ammonia and nitrite caused by fish waste, uneaten food and other organic matter

Thanks for trying to help, I've managed to find out it is the Interpet PF2 Internal Power Filter that comes with the tank.
