Interested in finding rusty and saulosi cichlid. Are they common?

I am interested in finding a rusty and saulosi cichlid to view for possible purchase. Are they in certain petco/petsmarts or do i need to go to a specialty store. None of the petco/petsmarts in my area have them. I live in the Houston area. I called one specialty store on other side of houston and they said they carry rustys but not saulosi cichlids. This store is about 45min to an hour from my house. Are these fish worthy of to pursue. I'm lookin for slighty smaller mbuna or fish from lake malawi for my 55g. I'm thinking rustys may be a little easier to find.

I have 4 rustys, they are a beautiful fish, worth it for sure.

The Rustys arent going to be that hard to find. As for the Saulosi, it is best to buy from a local breeder. You should be able to get them for about 5 a piece from a breeder and about 10 from a store.

I got 4 of them for 20$CAD but I got a great deal. I think in stores they sell them for $10 a piece.

May I suggest you pearlmutts, not very mentionned compared to other fishes, they are absolutely stunning.

Ummm. I already said that.

If you like the colors of the Saulosi (Blue males and yellow females) and are unable to find Saulosi, I recommend Msobo. They follow the blue male and yellow female coloration.
 
Just called a store called Tropical Emporium which is about 10+ miles from my house. They have rustys in stock. They are med. size for 14.99. I told the employee that i was looking for a young one to go with my other young fish. She said i could pick out the smallest one and she would give me a deal. Or i can wait for another batch which may contain younger fish for alower price. So i'm going to check it out. They did not have any saulsi in stock.
