The same friend who gave me that pleco, gave me 7 of these cichlids. He called them pearl white zebra cichlids. I tried to look up info under that name, and found nothing. Is there another name these would be called? Also, if you have any info, like how big they get, water parameters, difference between male and female, etc, that will be great.) I can not find any information on these. anything will help. They are currently 2" long.

I had to take a quick snapshot of these cichlids.

Most likely Pseudotropheus zebra, but it could be any of the Pseudotropheus varieties. Plecos and zebras have very different water requirements and should not be kept together. If you want catfish with your zebras, get any of the Synodontis sp. African catfish. If you want cichlids for your pleco, some of the smaller central and south american ones are better choices. Pick what you like most, the zebras or the pleco, and trade the others in to your local fish shop for something else more suitable.

Could it possibly be a Pseudotropheus socolofi (albino)

or Metriaclima Callainos Pearl White

Can't be an albino - no red eyes. Doesn't look like a socolofi otherwise.

I would agree it is a metriaclimia callianos.
