how to wire a capacitor?

how do i attach it? can you give me a diagram perhaps or really detailed instructions?

I am sorry bro. Don't have any idea regarding this capacitor.
I had done such work before but never saw this type of capacitor before.

Connect the do-hickey to the thingamajig. Make sure you add a bit of muffler grease to the connectors to prevent the escape of the farads into the ohm field that are located near the voltage flow buffer. Make a straight connection that loops 3 times and then doubles back. Use no more of the line than needed for the clothes to dry in a stiff breeze.
