I have a little tank (maybe two gallons) with three little goldfish in 'em, and I feed 'em and they eat all their food, but I'm not sure if I'm over feeding them or not, also some of their food ends up in the gravel at the bottom of the ank, should I be worried about that?

Siphon the leftovers. Feed them every other day once and plan on upgrading the tank to at least 40 gallons.

Another way to get excess food out of the water is to use your net. My son used to "dump" a lot of food in and when he did I had him dredge the water with the catch net.
