Have any of you used duckweed in homemade fish food?

I just removed about a gallon of mixed Lemnaceae from my daphnia/scud tank. Duckweed is a high-protein plant that seems like it would be ideal as a fish food component, and my sample also contains a few thousand microcrustaceans. I was just curious if any of you had included duckweed in any fish food recipes and how you prepared it; e.g., did you dry it, puree it, etc.

Excellent, thank you. Shrimp like your snail food too, right? I'd like to get a ghost shrimp colony going, so that would be an ideal use for the duckweed.

There are a bunch in the invert section stickied. I use gelatin as a binder, but i believe you could also use some vegetable based binders as well in order to make it more applicable to different species.
