my one fancy tail guppy is having babies today :clap: . So far all of them have been moved to a seperate tank. How long does she give birth for? :confused:
 
Usually my livebearers gave birth to their clutch of fry all at once, usually overnight. It definitely never did take more than a few hours in my experience. That goes for my platies and my guppies.

They're easy to feed...I usually use finely crushed fish pellets, powderized between the bottom of a spoon and plate.

ty oh i have another 4 pregnant. so far she gave me 25. oh i put her into one of those breeder tanks as soon as she started to give birth
 
Your guppy should have been in a breeding tank befor she started
giving birth !! It can take up tow 12 hours for her . And when she is
finished put her back in the big tank . So she can do it again ......
 
well i had put her in the breeding tank prior to her having the babies put she became very stressed so thats why i had let her be in the tank until she started having them
