I was thinking about setting up a 15 gallon paludarium or a terrarium with some grass on the terrestrial part or in a certain spot. Has anyone ever experimented with grass and have you had any luck with it, also I hear Kentucky Bluegrass is works well.

I was going to try grass but then I let some grow tall in my yard and I didn't like the look of it. It would be hard to mow/trim I would imagine in a vivaruim and not feel like you were just making a mess with the trimmings. Also, if you don't like it then it might be hard to remove like in your yard in places you might not want it but it grows there anyway.

Pygmy Chain Sword works very well for this.

pygmy chain, microsword and dwarf hair grass will all grow nicely emersed but if terresterial, you will need to control the humidity.
