Gourami with lumps under skin (pics)

Well I am still fighting something, I just cant seem to figure it out. No deaths lately, but the Bleeding Heart Tetras are still flashing, I see one small speck only once in a while so I know its not Ich and this has been going on for a few months now. The Dwarf Gourami has had a lump next to his mouth for a couple months and it looks kind of like cauliflower texture and he is now getting another lump on the side of his head.

There are also small snails in the tank, I pick them out all the time. I'm still doing weekly water changes of about 25% with Novaqua and sometimes Stress Coat. I have also added table salt.

The corys seem fine, I did see one flash the other day and have just seen the CAE do it too.

I just cannot for the life of me figure this out. What could it be?

I did the Internal Parasite treatment with Metrodinazole and Garlic by soaking flake food in it for 10 days. It helped with the stringy poop but not the flashing or Gourami's lump.

I tried hard to get some pics of it, but dont know if they will help.

Please, if this sounds familiar or if anyone has suggestions, please help me & my fishies.

All water parameters are fine and hold steady.

pH 7.8
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 15-20 :bowing: :bowing:

My best guess would be a Lymphocystis related condition which has the cauliflower shape you suggested. This may or may not spread, I cant say.
Acriflavin is a new treatment on the market but personally I cant say anything about it. Keep up with the water changes. If this is it the external one should not spread but I can't speak to the gourami with a second cyst forming. Basically benign tumours.
