Good Planted Tank Light?

The actinic bulb won't do much for you and may even wash out the colors in your tank and help algae growth, but you could always replace that with another daylight bulb like the other two.
That is 108 watts you're working with, over a 2 foot tank. even if you put it over a 20gallon, you've got over 5 wpg. Keep that in mind.
 
I had planned on(if I got it) putting it on the middle of my 55g, since I now have 3 light strips on it to keep my plants alive :P
