Well I didnt know this but I am pretty sure one of my goldfish (I'm thinking either the ryukin or the oranda) ate my three neon tetras (jumbo) that I had temporarily put in my 90 gallon tank cause I was too lazy to transfer them to my other tank. I didnt know goldfish eat other fish. My ryukin is very large 10inches and my oranda is same size.

I never goldfish would even consider eating another fish until my two 4-inch fantails ate three of my danios.

Pretty much what DD said. Goldfish have huge appetites and will eat pretty much whatever fits in their mouth. Some pet shops and goldfish owners here feed native guppies to their goldfish. :D

oh yeah, goldfish will eat anything. if it's organic matter, it's goldfish food. i've heard of really huge ones eating pinkie mice!
