Flowering Kleiner Bar Sword from DIY root tabs

Each time I put a DIY root tab (made from Riiz's recipe) near my Kleiner Bar Sword, it flowers within the 2 weeks following. Last time, I got 3 baby swords out of the stalk. I may have more this time.

Wow! very cool! What lighting are you using?

It's in a 55G mineralized soil substrate, pressurized CO2 tank that's been up for about a year and 4 months. The tank is heavily planted and stocked with mostly characins, rasboras and danionins. I retrofitted the AHSupply kit 55w x2 PC inside an old Perfecto hood for the lighting.
