Fish For a 33 Gallon Tank

is that a 33 long? like one of those breeder looking tanks? if so those are sweet and your options just climb with a longer tank
The tank is 36 inches long and 18 high. I really want Neon tetras but I just know that the angels will eventually just see them as a free meal. I was also thinking of getting a bubble wall for along the back.
