OK, I meant Foster and Smith:wall::wall:
Taking pain pills for a recent surgery!
I have to pass this on to everyone!
A few weeks ago I was prepping to set up a 55 gallon. I ordered 4 bags of Eco-complete, one bag of Black Tahitian Moon sand along with a bunch of other stuff. The order arrived in 3 boxes, 1 big box contained various with the black moon sand, second box was a factory sealed box of Eco-complete, third box, again factory sealed, contained live reef sand, What the hec! The boxes invoice said Eco-complete. I called them, spoke to a very pleasant lady. Yes they sure did mess the order up, they would immediately ship me 2 bags of Ec-complete. I said this will hold me up and I need to get the tank setup. She talked to a supervisor came back said they would airfreight ($106)the bags! Also I could keep the live reef sand ($27 a bag) as it would cost to much to ship it back! Of course, no charge. I sold the live reef sand for $20, got the Ec-complete in 2 days and setup the tank.
Sooner or later mistakes will happen, it's what happens to correct them that counts. I was impressed! I will go back,I just made another order to them the other day.

LOL, been there. You sure you should be shlepping heavy bags of sand etc?

Hey Looks like you cleared up that you meant drsfostersmith in your first sentence. I love Drsfostersmith.com I have been ordering from them for years and they are very helpful. They have great prices on most stuff they sell! I have been very happy with them as well.
 
Yah, I just talked to them today about an AC500 replacement motor that arrived damaged. The lady thanked me for being so nice about it. I was like, no, thank you for sending me a return label and new motor at the same time. I've tried other places, but drsfosterandsmith has the best service and most of the time the best prices.
 
I've had 2 similar experiences. Back when CD burners were new, I ordered one from an internet company, but received 2. I let them know, and they just to keep it. I then sold it on ebay for $150.

My second experience I bought a compact flourescent fixtureincluding 6, 96 watt bulbs. They accidently sent me 6 65 watt bulbs. They said to keep the bulbs and they would send me the correct ones. I sold the 6 incorrect bulbs on ebay for about $70 if I remember correctly.

Set the tank up before the last surgery, which is the second one in 2 months on my elbow.
