I am thinking about turning a 20 high into a sump filter. i was wondering exactly how i would go about doing that and how i could make an overflow box or a cheap place to buy one.

ebay is the cheapest for overflow boxes and there are several how to build a DIY wet dry filter threads on here and the internet jusy google "DIY wet dry filters" and you will see many examples.
