decorations in a saltwater tank

Has anyone ever used topfin products in there saltwater tank? Are the safe? I have been told yes and no. Also if you boil limestone coral is it safe?

I don't know about Topfin, but I would never put ANY painted or otherwise artificially colored ornaments in my tank - be they advertised safe or not.

I don't get why anyone would put anything artificial in a sw tank. We spend all this money to have a nice looking tank and then add something fake. Better lights to support the life of corals is well worth it.

well davi, i am currently boiling sand stone coral to have as a base for my new salt water aquarium and i have been told that when you first get them, scrub them thourgoghly, soak them in boiling water untill all the air bubble are gone, and then leave them in water for 1 week,
