I really like Tropical Fish Hobbyist the best, but it is kind of expensive. You can get a very cheap subscription to Aquarium Fish Magazine on ebay for like $8 - $10, which makes it well worth the price.

I've had subscriptions to all 3 at one time or another. Currently, I subscribe to FAMA(3rd magazine on the list). I'm not too impressed with it yet. The other 2 are good magazines. Try TFH, first...then down the road try some of the others.
