Black Belt Cichlid question

Hi i recently purchsed a black belt cichlid from my local pet store a few days ago. Today i noticed it has some white bubbles on its fins and body. there aren't a lot of them though. I know there is a possibility this could be ich but could it be anything else? Also if it is where do i go from here and what steps do i take to get rid of this. thank you.
