Seeing as how Cats are largely bottom of the tank fishes I know it is unlikely, but anyone out there have an all Cat tank? Cats are just really cool to me for several reasons, and just wondering if anyone out there had done an all cat tank or even considered doing one.

i kinda want an all cat tank...my white tips are soo nice...reminds me of sharks cause they skimm the bottom like a shark...but they stay near the top/mid half the time.

And are they slighty blind? cause they would always swim by food.

heh

it isn't really a need, just wondering if anyone has done one. But because there aren't really any top swimming cats I didn't think so.

I debated and debated about doing an all cat tank. I could not decide if I wanted to put my Violet Gobies in my 55 or my 50 breeder. If I would have put them in my 55 then the 50 breeder was going to become a catfish tank. I ended up putting most of my cats in the 55 so the Violet Gobies could have the larger footprint.

I'm seriously considering getting another 50 breeder for an all catfish tank. I love cats, especially the prehistoric looking ones like the Raphael family.

My 55 is currently basically cats. There is a school of 12 glass cats and another of 8 Debauwi cats, and a few Otos, plus some snails and shrimp (Amano and Red Cherry).

I also have 3 30-longs each with one Synodontid and one Gold Nugget, or a pair of Ancistrus.
