Hi All,
I have been lucky enough over the last 6 months to pick up 3 true P. Altums (not sclare bred to look like them!). Cost me a small fortune but hey they're beautiful!
They all live in my 100g with 2 more Sclare
Now then, they are all Juvy (one slightly older than the other 2) but the other day the youngest two were facing each other nose toward the sky. As one went higher the other moved up - this kept going until their dorsals broke the water then they'd drop all the way to the bottom and do it again.
What is this?? aggresion / passion?!!
Water is spot on toxin wise, 7.2 PH (a little high maybe?) Hardness kept to medium on my test kit (between 4-9 deg's), water changes done with remineralised RO @ 3 deg's hardness, temp-81f, Dual filtered 4.5 x turnover
Fed on Flake, Frozen, live and the occasional muscle chopped up!
Any experience help or advice greatly appreciated
