I know there is likely to be much argument over this, I am looking for opinions. What do you think is the best daily food for angelfish? This would, of course, be supplemented with guppies and bloodworms. Also, please include the reason you think this food is best, and whether it floats on the surface, sinks slowly, stays suspended, or sinks quickly. Thank you for your input.

I feed bloodworms, brineshrimp, peas, green beans, spirulina, and tiny cocktail type shrimp. Mine won't touch flakes any more and doubled in size within two weeks on this diet.

Just put in an order at kens for a number of different foods. i'll be getting angels from kyryah within the next few weeks so we'll see how it goes

Mine currently eat hikari micro pellets, but it seems like they have a hard time finding them. If they are close, or there are way too many, the angels gobble them up, but if I put in just a few at a time, they ignore them. It's like they don't see them. Like I said, there are guppies in the tank that they eat once in a while, and they LOVE the frozen bloodworms. It doesn't matter where in the tank they are, as soon as the bloodworms hit the water, they are there in the flash of a fin, eating as quick as they can.
