I have 4 koi angels that haven't been getting along and there is one pair in the 4. I noticed today that the Male of the pair has that white fuzzy stuff on his mouth. All my other fish are healthy and all my numbers are great in the tank. I took the male out and put him in a 29 gal tank but my question is what should I use for this condition on an angel. Also, should I put the female in with him so they're not seperated.

I'd leave him alone to treat the fungus/wound. My guess is that it is a secondary fungus infection from fighting but that would require a picture. The best thing to do water changes daily along with a fungus or bacteria infection medicine. Somebody with better knowledge of diseases will give you some guidance on what treatment to use.
What do you mean by "your numbers are great"? You should have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and less than 25 nitrate. It likely is the result of fighting though. Best to isolate the inured fish and make sure the water quality in your tanks is good. If it's a fungus (the white stuff will have fibers sort of like a dandelion head), then you can treat with jungle fungus clear. If it's more cottony, then you're looking at a bacterial infection which may require antibiotics if it doesn't clear up right away.

When I said my numbers were great means 0 amonia, 0 nitrite and less than 25 nitrates. I'm very diligent about tank maintience. I'm treating right now with positive/negative antibacterial med. If this doesn't do it then I will go to the fungus med.
You're on the right track and you're correct that your numbers are great! I always get a bit suspicious when people say "it's fine" since at least one test strip company lists a tolerable ammonia level on their label (not that test strips are all that accurate anyways). To help in diagnosis, here's a picture of a true fungus that was on a gold ram that I had:

That's not really what my angel's mouth looks like. Maybe fuzzy wasn't the best use of words. It's the bottom lip and looks bumpy and swollen. I've started him on the positive/negative antibacterial medicine by Mardel and that does seem to be helping. He's acting better also. Thanks so much for the pic, it was very helpful. Also, I shouldn't have used the word great, I forget you guys hear from many people and great to one person doesn't mean the same to the next.
