Anacharis not floating!!

My ancharis has stopped floating, some, most of the plants have recently begun to sink. Does anybody know why, mg:

anacharis is a stem plant, to be bunched and planted in the substrate. I've never heard of floating it.

people float it till it starts to stem i have them in my betta tank and i have them planted into the gravel but they come out sometimes because they dont have roots yet

That's what plant anchors are for. Don't all stem plants try to float if they're not anchored down or rooted? I wouldn't worry about it sinking. I would say it's time to plant it in the ground. If it's green and growing, it's fine.

What is a plant anchor? I could use a few.

I'd say it's trying to take root. Other pieces will break off and float, and then do the same thing when they get bigger. The cool part about planted anacharis is that if it makes it all the way to the surface w/o breaking, it will get a little flower on it.
