Everything looks like it is included in the kit. I would try to advoid this because some replacment parts may be hard to find. I would buy the equipment spereratly.

I have a Juwel Rio 125 and bought it as my first set up. So far I have only had to add CO2 systems and reflectors (Arcadia ones are half the price of Juwel ones in UK!) because I chose to grow plants. I agree the lights aren't all that but if you get serious about your plants the Arcadia make something called an Ibar that fits directly onto Juwel systems with a neet telescopic arm to adjust lenght - this will double your standard output.
I have just ordered the new Juwel Vision 450 (got a new job woo!) bowfront. I like them as easy to maintain due to neat filter baskets and sponge media.
The only issue I am encountering now is if I want to go marine I will need to cut a hole in my hood to fit a skimmer - as they are designed for FW setups I shouldn't moan really!
I say go for Juwel form my experience - as for Biorbs - the surface area of water is pretty small so O2 carrying capacity is reduced greatly meaning ultimately less fish!
