Ok, Im looking at uprgrading my filter on 20 gallon, but I dont want to have to change media cartridges when I do so but my 20 gallon filter seems a bit weak and the only filter upgrad I see worth buying is one for a 60 gallon, and it would fit. Now theoreticly speaking, is it possible to over filter? and if so then what could be a few complications? media is the same so I would just have to move my current media over to the new filter and all should be seamless. and no I'm not going to buy a rena/fluval/AC/whatever.
