Today I got 8 sewellia lineolata youngsters from sora, thanks again Sho! I'm so happy to finally get my "dream team" for my river-ish tank (powerhead but no manifold) 55g. I acclimated them for 2+ hours then they were zooming around checking out their new tank. The gastomyzon cteno. were a bit annoyed with the sewellia, the percno. gobies just mowed over them if they got in the way (fish also from sora). They are dwarfed by adult MTS.
I wanted these fish from the first posts on loaches.com several years ago but never had an appropriate tank for them. When many people were able to breed them, I wanted to wait for F1s instead of wilds. Then came my coast-to-coast move & restarting my tanks, so more waiting. But no more! Now all I need are some microgemmi whiteclouds (?) & my tank will be so awesome!
