Where To Find Long Finned Ryukins?

I very much want to add a Ryukin to my tank. Preferably one with a ribbon type tail or similar!
But I just can't find the little guys anywhere. PetsMart has some but they appear to be a short finned type.
Do Ryukins just grow into their tails? I mean, I KNOW they do, but these guys have virtually no tail.

Did you check Aqua-Bid they have a pretty extensive listing right now, not sure if any are what you're lookin for.
