I have a dinky ballast at home that says it will power a 55 watt pc lamp. I am not sure on the manufactorer(sorry bad spelling) but I was curious, what is the difference between pc ballast and vho ballast. For example, the workhorse ballasts can go both ways right? could it be possible for this ballast to go both ways?

p.s. i cant check the brand of the ballast cause its at home and I am in mexico.
