A 20L of mine was set up and planted in March. After a few recent thoughts, I realised I wanted a more natural look to the tank. So I tore out the crappy plastic ones and now just have the live ones. Done. I still have some plastic ornaments I want to dispose of, and I think I have a bit of an idea of what I want to do with my tank. So what I was thinking of was:
Leave in the live plants ( Java ferns and some sort of small Amazon swords).
Get rid of Terra Cotta pot, fake corals and possibly leave in a fun little fake rock with a hole in the center? ( Mainly because of my Betta, she loves swimming through it).
Plant some Ludwigia Repens in the back of the tank, filling the gaps between the swords and the ferns.
Plant small cryptocorynes along the sides and some in the back.
Finally, in the centre of the tank, I thought I could place a large piece of driftwood which I would add some mosses onto.
Does this sound okay to you?
Do you know a good driftwood model I could use? ( Keeping in mind that I don't have infinity cash.)
Thanks in advance!
