So I picked this little guy up, it was sold to me as what the sales person said he thought was a snowball plec. I don't believe this is what it is after having it for a while, any guesses as to what it may be?
The white tips on the tail fin are a dead giveaway. Common BN fry have white edges on the dorsal and tail fins that gradually diminish as they grow. The color of the spots isn't a reliable indication of anything.

Are you shure these are even plecos i have seen many diffrent plecos but these truley look like bristlenose catfish,there nose looks way to round to be a pleco.
