It is hard to say. His head isn't rounded like a scalare, but it isn't forked like an altum and he definitely doesn't look like one. Perhaps P. Leopoldi?
not likely. any trace of "wild" would have stripes.So that means mine are like... Part wild?
the comparison picture of the scalare in your first post is likely one of a mature male that has the head bump growing.

How large is yours? Have you been able to sex it yet? Could be either a female or young male.
Some of my angelfish do have faint stripes, but since their albino, they're just changes in the white.
