Anyone have some good recipes they like for making their own marine fish food?

And is anyone willing to share them?

Thanks.

yes......i used to coarsely blend clams, musscles, scollaps, krill, silversides, nori and some garlic...Spoon into ice cube trays..freeze...

Simply, effective, all fish like it, and cheap...

I started making mine based on Melev's Reef recipe. I went to the chinese food store and bought an uncooked mixed bag of seafood (muscles, shrimp, squid, octapus, cuttlefish, scallops). I also added blood worms, mysis shrimp, krill, nori, spirulina flakes, and sliversides. Rough blend it all.

Put it into a freezer zip lock bag, press flat and freeze on a cookie sheet until hard. Just break off a chunk and thaw to feed fish in the morning. For around 30.00 I have enough food for like 6 months or better.

I tried something similiar today. I bought shrimp, squid, scallops, octopus, and garlic. But I think I blended it to fine, my little fish LOVE it, and go nuts, but the big fish do not go for it unless some clumps.

Thanks for the link to the recipe.
