I feed my fish this morning and noticed one wasnt eating.....I looked a lil bit closer and I thought I saw eggs in her mouth so I took her out and she had a mouth full of eggs.......Do I need to seperate her from the others now or wait? If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

As long as the other fish are leaving her alone I would leave her in the main tank until she's about ready to spit. Sometimes if it's their first spawn they may swallow the eggs before they hatch. It can take the females a couple tries to get it right. After 3 weeks I would remove her and let her spit in a separate tank. Once she spits the fry remove her, give her a few extra meals then readd her to the main tank.

So just wait three weeks from today and remove her?

Blue explained perfectly what you should do with a holding female that is in the main tank with other fishes; but if you already took her out, I think you should put her on that occasion in a separated tank. Why stress her twice with her mouth full of eggs/fry?
To be sure she doesn't spit the fry sooner than what is expected, you can remove her after 15-18 days. Good luck!

My ob zebra is holding for the third time in about 3 three months.......I have some fry from earlier that I have added to my 55 gal and they seem to be doing very well and growing fast.......soon I wont have room for all these fry if my ob zebra keeps breeding like this.

If your getting too much fry then let her stay in the main tank the other fish will keep your numbers down..
