Cichlid breeding/caring for fry

I move at 2-3 weeks, sometimes earlier if I see that she is stressed or being bothered too much in the main tank.
As mentioned, the fry do great on powdered flake or First Bites. You can also use a turkey baster to gently direct the food to them if you wish. I like to do that, because it keeps the water cleaner, as I can use less food and still be sure that they are getting what they need. They are so small, they really don't need too much, but I like to do multiple small feedings throughout the day if possible.
